What should a ref do when a libero replaces another player on the court after the R1 has beckoned for serve but before the ball has been contacted?

The Ref says:
Once the whistle has been blown AND the beckon for serve has been made the replacement can not take place. Even if the ball has not been served. The ref should blow his/her whistle and signal “Illegal Alignment” (Signal #1). If it is the serving team it is a loss of rally (for the serving team) and a point (for the receiving team). If it is the receiving team it is a point for the serving team. The libero may remain in the set at that point as long as she replaced the correct player.
